cooling effect for hot day: lychee ice set

The weather is so so so hot out there and after spending half of my days walking under the hot sun.  I really long for some cooling, refreshing dessert to cool down.

I can't help it but walked into this nicely decorated dessert shop which just open it's door near my office.  I am not a great fan of ice, but the Taiwanese Sweet Potato Balls sure do attracts me.

Finally, a chance to have tea in TWG.  Personally, I do find their tea set's price slightly on the high side, but Sis told me something that, we should LTE (Live to Eat) hahaha...  I really love the ambiance and the wide selection of teas they have.  I would love to come back again to try more new tea.

massive fishing

Accompanying my sis for her regular check-up at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, we later ended up here in Ion searching for our dining venue.  Both of us have not eaten any breakfast nor lunch, therefore we were totally famished when we reached Fish & Co at about 3pm.  So, please don't be surprised on how much we can eat.  Cause we are STARVING!!

italian affair

Together with sis, we brought mom to the newly open J-Cube mall for a walk.  Same time, I was also looking for a pair of court shoe for work and event.  We came to this new Italian restaurant located at level one and decided to give it a try.  Perhaps, Mom is not used to having Italian cuisine, therefore she don't really like it.  As for me, I'm more interested in the Rice Croquette and I am starting to wonder if I am attracted to round food?

experiencing the culture of malays

A chance for me to understand more about the Malay Culture.  Watching the Bangsawan performance gave me a better idea of how the people from the old days watched to past time.  I must admit that I am truly amazed by their beautiful costumes.  Not only the performance was free, there are free kueh-kueh for us to try.
